We have a 30 day return policy, (VIP COLLECTION EXCLUDED) but the item must not be worn. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it before approving refund or exchange. Please contact us before sending us back the item.
Please note that the return shipping is not free unless the item has a defect or suffered shipping damage. Please contact us as soon as possible for any defects. Do not wait till the last day to try to file a defect claim. We cover shipping if the item is reported within reasonable time.
