Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, (VIP COLLECTION EXCLUDED) but the item must not be worn. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it before approving refund or exchange. Please contact us before sending us back the item.

Please note that the return shipping is not free unless the item has a defect or suffered shipping damage. Please contact us as soon as possible for any defects. Do not wait till the last day to try to file a defect claim. We cover shipping if the item is reported within reasonable time.

Delivery damage must be reported ASAP or within 7 days.

VIP collections & shoe sales are final. Only gift cards or exchange for another item are available.

 

 

Shipping

Please choose your shipping preference at check out. We will process your item within 3-5 business days. Please note that some items may be on back order. So those items will be noted as such. The delivery speed of each order depends on the type of shipping, carrier and availability. Once a item is shipped , we have no control of the delivery times. Due to labor shortages, some carriers may have longer than usual deliveries. Please be patient and let us know if there is anything we can improve.
