Please note that the return shipping is not free unless the item has a defect or suffered shipping damage. Please contact us as soon as possible for any defects. Do not wait till the last day to try to file a defect claim. We cover shipping if the item is reported within reasonable time.
Delivery damage must be reported ASAP or within 7 days. All shoe sales are final. Only gift cards or exchange for another item are available for shoe purchases
